My Approach to Helping
I have worked in the Mental Health field since 1995 treating a diverse range of clients from children, teenagers, and adults in individual and group therapy settings. I help clients heal from symptoms related to and including Autism and spectrum related disorders, Addiction, Anxiety, Depression, trauma, personality disorders, psychiatric disorders, and major mental health diagnoses. I also specialize in smoking cessation treatment. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT, ACT, systematic desensitization, EMDR and social skills training are some of the treatment approaches I use but I tailor our therapy to be most effective for you. Therapy is a collaborative process and my aim is for everyone who participates in therapy to leave with the tools necessary to continue on the path of wellness, mindfulness, and greater emotional health.
