I am a licensed and experienced psychotherapist who can provide you caring, non-judgmental support so that you can safely explore unresolved conflicts, questions, and emotional pain. My intent is to provide a safe and compassionate environment where you can achieve a pronounced sense of peace and fulfillment in your life and in your relationships. My schedule is flexible and I am available for both couples and individual therapy. Sessions are conducted live-online through a HIPAA compliant site so they are convenient and secure. Helping redefine balance and promoting a greater understanding about living as authentically and mindfully as possible is my hope for every individual and couple that I encounter. I have over 18 years of experience providing help to those who are struggling with a wide range of issues including anxiety, alcohol abuse, depression, fear, divorce, grief, guilt, intimacy, loneliness, life transitions, martial problems, parenting, relationships, poor self-esteem and confidence, stress, trauma and wellness.
My View on the Purpose of Psychotherapy

Good therapy is conversational and non-judgmental, and is based on the idea that true healing begins within the therapeutic relationship.
