Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

I am most interested in helping individuals and couples navigate and overcome problems and issues that have them feeling stuck, frustrated, misunderstood or alone.

I have over 17 years experience providing help to those who are struggling with a wide range of issues including anxiety, alcohol abuse, depression, fear, divorce and separation, grief, guilt, intimacy, life transitions, martial problems, parenting, relationships, poor self-esteem and confidence, stress, and trauma.

My View on the Purpose of Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy provides a unique and safe place for individuals, couples, and families to be heard and understood. It is about forging a relationship based on trust, honesty and authenticity.
