I am a licensed professional counselor and have many years of experience working with teens, adults and elders struggling with inner conflicts, unresolved issues and emotional pain. I offer an inviting space that is free of judgment, where you can work through these issues and conflicts and to enhance your self-exploration. My therapeutic approaches are mindfulness based and are designed to help you gain insight into your life and important relationships. It is my goal to help you apply what you've learned while nurturing change and growth, so that you can experience greater balance and peace in your life.
