Angela Stutzman Raley, MA, NCE, CAADC, LPC

I am a graduate of Waynesburg University and I have been working in the field of mental health and substance abuse services for over 13 years. Through self-exploration I found a home in the professional world of counseling. My client approach is grounded in a strong therapeutic alliance and is integrative by eclectic design and is centered on generation awareness. I work closely with clients to create an environment of trust, acceptance, and honesty. I believe wellness is a holistic and inclusive state of being. Through balance, stress reduction, interpersonal relationships, and self-efficacy the road to fulfillment is obtainable. Working through a generational lens, it allows from retrospective awareness, increased insight into current relational patterns, and the ability to intentionally move forward with increased insight.

Exhale Therapy is owned by Angela and operated by an intentional team of therapist. We provide individual, family, couples and uniquely blended familymulti-person sessions. We recognize and plan for diverse unique family units and relationships. Exhale believes in initiating the trusted foundation for self exploration, awareness and growth. As individuals we come from generational collective units, our experiences provide us with core insights about ourselves and our world around us. Exhale uses generational awareness in conjunction with evidence-based practices, person-centered modalities and action-based skills to support stabilization and healing. With those foundations individuals can continue to challenge themselves towards greater change and personal insight. Deepening the understanding of self, family, community, and human connection.
