My Approach to Helping

I'm an experienced therapist helping my clients cope with childhood trauma, and being entrapped in the cycle of mentally and emotionally abusive, manipulative relationships that destroy their sense of worth, safety and sanity. Clients often reach out to me after years of unsuccessfully trying to satisfy their partners or family members and wonder if their loved one may be Narcissistic or Borderline. They may feel perpetually on edge, exhausted, anxious, numb, frazzled, guilty, hopeless, ashamed, inadequate, emotionally unfulfilled, confused, frustrated, and walking on eggshells.

Manipulation, blame and deception from people who you trust to love and protect you are hard to grasp and even harder to explain to others who haven't experienced it. One of the best decisions you'll make is find a therapist who gets it and can help you find your footing and get relief from the constant pressure of ‘not being enough’.

Toxic relationships know no gender, no race, no social class. You’ve tried and tried again to fix it, but nothing seems to work. It's now time to tell your story and take a step towards awareness and recovery because deep down you know you are meant to live a better life.

You can expect me to be non-judgemental, a good listener, to meet you where you are, move at your pace and offer tangible solutions. No matter how deep your rut is we will collaborate to figure out where you are, what keeps you stuck, where you want to be and how to get you there.
