What's My Approach to Therapy?
I help people make sense of the moments when life stops feeling manageable. Many of my clients are couples who love each other but can’t stop hurting each other, individuals healing from betrayal, or professionals who have achieved success but lost their sense of meaning. My style is warm, grounded, and depth-oriented. Together, we move beyond coping skills into understanding what your emotions and patterns are trying to tell you. Therapy isn’t just about getting through the hard parts, it’s about rediscovering yourself along the way.
My Practice & Services
My practice offers online therapy for individuals and couples throughout Texas. Sessions are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform, allowing you to meet from the comfort and privacy of your own space.
I specialize in depth-oriented therapy for couples and individuals navigating relationship challenges, infidelity recovery, neurodivergent partnerships, burnout, and self-discovery. My approach draws from depth psychology and emotionally focused perspectives, combining insight and compassion with practical tools for everyday life.
I also have specialized training in neurodiverse couples therapy, helping partners bridge differences in communication, processing, and emotional connection with empathy and understanding.
Beyond weekly sessions, I offer 3-hour virtual intensives for couples who want to make meaningful progress in a shorter period, as well as therapy groups and workshops focused on connection, communication, and personal growth.
On the Fence About Going to Therapy?
It is completely normal to hesitate.
Part of you might be curious about therapy while another part wonders if it is really necessary or if things are bad enough. That ambivalence does not mean you are not ready; it simply means you are human.
Starting remote therapy does not require having everything figured out. You do not need the perfect words, a diagnosis, or a clear plan. You just need a small willingness to explore what has been hard and see what happens when you no longer face it alone.
Many people who were once unsure say the same thing later: I wish I had started sooner.
If you are on the fence, consider this your invitation to take one gentle step forward. Meeting online makes it easier than ever to begin from wherever you feel most comfortable.
You may be surprised by how good it feels to be understood, maybe for the first time in a long while.
Why Going to Therapy Does Not Mean You are Weak or Flawed
Going to therapy is an act of courage. It is a declaration that your peace matters, your story matters, and your healing is worth the effort.
The Duration and Frequency of Therapy
Healing has no set timeline. We usually begin weekly or every other week, moving at a pace that feels right for you.
