More Info About My Practice

As a psychotherapist, I have worked with many individuals from all walks of life. Before opening my coaching private practice, I worked as a mental health clinician in various outpatient clinics, hospitals and ERs. It was during my time as a mental health clinician that my passion for helping individuals achieve their highest potential grew into the coaching private practice I have today. Over and over I questioned, what sets those who succeed apart from those who fail? Over and over I witnessed the same answer, the answer is mindset, having the “grit” to get out of your own way, to persevere. As your therapeutic coach, it is my priority to create a therapeutic atmosphere that promotes growth and positive change, for you. I look forward to working with you to addresses your challenges and realize your goals.
