More Info About My Practice

As a psychotherapist, I have worked with many individuals from all walks of life. Before opening my coaching private practice, I worked as a mental health clinician in various outpatient clinics, hospitals and ERs. It was during my time as a mental health clinician that my passion for helping individuals achieve their highest potential grew into the coaching private practice I have today. Over and over I questioned, what sets those who succeed apart from those who fail? Over and over I witnessed the same answer, the answer is mindset, having the “grit” to get out of your own way, to persevere. As your therapeutic coach, it is my priority to create a therapeutic atmosphere that promotes growth and positive change, for you. I look forward to working with you to addresses your challenges and realize your goals.

On the Fence About Going to Therapy?

It takes courage to ask for help. Admitting you need help is the first step towards achieving wellness in today's fast paced, demanding world. The good news is, asking for help gets easier with a little practice. The way in which we cope in the world is greatly influenced by how we see the world. Asking for help, and obtaining a fresh perspective is often the first and most profound step towards developing the mindset needed to become stronger.
My approach is that of positive psychology, behavioral, physiological and solution focused techniques. My goal is to help you gain clarity and focus to achieve your true potential and lead a life that is fulfilling. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques to life coaching, we will identify emotional states, mental blocks or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from taking action and experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life. You'll be surprised at what you can achieve with the right mindset.
