My Approach to Helping
I see therapy as a place where you get to feel comfortable with who you are and find peace in seeing, hearing, and being all parts of Self, free from judgment and self-imposed perceptions. Where we cultivate what is best within yourself, and enhance your experiences of love, work, and play, helping you become and feel balanced, reach goals and connect to your highest potential.
More Info About My Practice
In my current practice, I specialize in life transitions including life stressors, relationship issues, mood-related issues, anxiety, depression, and coping skills. I provide guidance in college and career-related issues, and interpersonal relationship conflict, goals. I also work with individuals on issues related to shame, self-esteem, and spirituality.
As a Psychotherapist and Life Coach, I have worked with many individuals from all walks of live. Before opening my private practice, I worked as a mental health clinician in various outpatient clinics, hospitals and ERs. It was during my time as a mental health clinician that my passion for helping individuals achieve their highest potential grew into the private practice I have today.
My Role as a Therapist
My approach to psychotherapy and coaching is based on methods proven to work on clearing old patterns and beliefs. Allowing you to self-explore and release mental blocks hindering your potential. Together we will learn to let your thoughts flow, wherever they might take you, allowing you to cultivate within yourself the tools necessary to manifest what you seek to accomplish.
