More Info About My Practice
As a psychotherapist, I have worked with many individuals from all walks of life. Before opening my coaching private practice, I worked as a mental health clinician in various outpatient clinics, hospitals and ERs. It was during my time as a mental health clinician, that my passion for helping individuals flourish and achieve their highest potential grew into the coaching private practice I have today. Again and again I questioned, what sets those who succeed apart from those who fail? Again and again I witnessed the same answer, the answer is mindset, having the “grit” to get out of your own way, to persevere. Whether you're struggling with life challenges, stress, or feelings of depression, anxiety or limiting beliefs, having the right mindset is essential for overcoming, improving and succeeding.

By applying science-based therapeutic approaches and techniques, we will identify emotional states, mental blocks or negative perceptions that may be affecting your mood, keeping you stuck, or holding you back from taking action and experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
