As a clinician I believe building an empathic connection promotes growth, stability, and healing within clients and can help them to empower themselves to achieve their goals. I look forward to supporting you on your journey. My clinical approach is grounded in empathy and shaped by the individual needs of my clients. I am trained and skilled in utilizing evidence-based practice methods (cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, motivational interviewing, etc).
