My Approach to Helping
Learning to cope with stress, emotional pains and disappointing experiences (whether be school, relationships, work, etc.) is a prerequisite to human existence.
As a therapist, for the past 15 years, I have had the opportunity to work with different populations with a variety of difficult emotional experiences, including depression, anxiety, trauma, loss, and relationship.

I believe in a strong work ethic; possess a flexible attitude and unconditional positive regard to ensure that my clients feel understood. I value collaboration and consistency in our work together. I am confident that progress happens when my clients feel safe, heard, and respected. In my practice, judgment and pity have no place and are considered shallow.

The mental health and emotional well-being of my clients are top priorities. I strongly value therapeutic relationships and believe that the therapeutic process is about making small changes that will last for life; it is about learning and growing.
