My Approach to Helping
Wish you can just stop worrying? Feel like going you are losing control overthinking things? If you find yourself feeling overwhelmed; over-thinking; too concerned about what others think; struggling to figure it out on your own...you are not alone. It is not your fault and it is POSSIBLE to feel better. While nobody's life is completely worry-free, anxiety can be manageable and it doesn't have to control your whole life. Life is much to short to be unhappy (even if it is just sometimes.)

My approach is compassionate, integrative and effective. I focus on your strengths and resiliency that you have, and use those as building blocks for problem-solving and future success. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all approach and solution. Together we will find strategies to help you tackle life problems that works for you.
What Makes up a Problem?
Stress, worry and anxiety are such common struggles today. Women and girls are wired differently, and therefore handle stress, anxiety, depression differently. I help women and girls feel more at ease with their lives, laugh more often, feel more optimistic, have deeper relationships, and be their genuine selves.
