How Psychotherapy Can Help

Psychotherapy is a powerful healing experience that allow people the opportunity to examine and change patterns of thoughts, feelings and behaviors. With the therapist as guide, individuals are able to become more comfortable feeling their feelings which means they no longer have to avoid feelings or hold onto symptoms.
