My Approach to Helping

I approach the change process collaboratively, helping each client tap into their unique strengths and previously untapped resources. I believe that weaknesses can be made into strengths and I believe that everyone has the capacity to bring about their own happiness and personal transformation.

More Info About My Practice

Your initial 20 minute consultation is complementary. My fee for a regular 50 minute session is $70. I do not bill insurance at this time although I do out-of-network billing. Don't allow financial concerns to be an obstacle!

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

My areas of specialty are trauma work, including polytrauma and combat-related PTSD, addiction work (both chemical and process addictions), codependency, women's issues (self-actualization), and anxiety and depression. I also do life coaching and mentoring.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist

Participating in the transformative change and growth process is a great privilege. I am grateful and humbled to be able to walk alongside others who have the courage and determination to set out on the healing journey.
