My Approach to Helping

I have been working in the field of mental health for more than 30 years and been providing therapeutic services for almost 25 years. I work with individuals who experience panic, anxiety, PTSD, depression, Autism Spectrum Disorders ASD, phobias, divorce, OCD and many other conditions. My approach is humanistic with CBT tools. I believe that laughter and humor are a great tool to use in therapy. I also believe the best way to make progress in therapy is to have a strong, open, sharing clinical relationship. I further believe that, if conventional treatments are ineffective, it is appropriate to use eccentric, evidence based therapy to try to break through road blocks. I hope I may be able to serve you.
