Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With
Change is challenging to say the least! When we truly embrace and explore our current circumstances, we can then courageously change what we can to enhance our lives- be it in love, relationships, health, fitness, or work. Life is filled with joyous and painful events. Some of the greatest gifts can come through the most painful events of our lives. I am consistently amazed at the human resiliency that I see in the people that I support.
How Psychotherapy Can Help
Psychotherapy is a collaborative treatment based on the relationship between an individuals and therapist. Psychotherapy can help you cope with feelings and symptoms, and change behavior patterns that may contribute to ongoing problems. You might be encouraged to look at things in a different way or learn new ways to react to events or people. Grounded in dialogue, it provides a supportive environment that allows you to talk openly with someone who's objective, neutral, and nonjudgmental.
