More Info About My Practice

Therapy is structured uniquely to to benefit the needs and goals of each client. Within my practice I work with individuals, couples and families. Topics in individual therapy include depression and anxiety, growth, self-awareness, anger management, and stress management.  Couples work often centers on communication, conflict resolution, and emotional and physical intimacy. Common topics that I have addressed with families include conflict between siblings, ways to improve communication skills, boundary setting, life-transitions, and developing strategies to resolve specific challenges.

Change is challenging to say the least! When we truly embrace and explore our current circumstances, we can then courageously change what we can to enhance our lives- be it in love, relationships, health, fitness, or work. Life is filled with joyous and painful events. Some of the greatest gifts can come through the most painful events of our lives. I am consistently amazed at the human resiliency that I see in the people that I support.
