I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Informed techniques for the treatment of depression, grief, anxiety and trauma.
My approach focuses on helping you to understand and challenge (when appropriate) thinking or coping patterns that may be impacting your cycle of anxiety, depression, trauma, etc. This approach often includes teaching specific coping skills, addressing unresolved emotions from grief or trauma and coping ahead for future triggers and mood changes.
