My Approach to Helping
Do you wake up feeling anxious? Do you often feel frozen in a social situation? I help people feel less anxious in their daily routines and their relationships. We will work together in a safe space to reduce the physical and emotional feelings anxiety can trigger. I will provide concrete tools and techniques in session to help relieve these overwhelming feelings. We will work on minimizing your stress while learning daily skills. We will work collaboratively to implement these skills in your everyday life.
