I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI), as well as other therapeutic techniques to affect positive change.
More Info About My Practice
I have been working with adolescents and adults for over 10 years. While maintaining a growing private practice, I worked as Clinical Supervisor at a facility for the treatment of individuals with both mental health and substance use disorders.

I have a strong passion for working with the adolescent population. The teen years can be especially difficult, and to help ease the transition into adulthood is a sensitive and important task.
