My Approach to Helping
My goal is to work collaboratively with you to reach your dreams and goals of a more fulfilling life. My passion in practice is to provide an integrative and multi-disciplinary approach so we can work together and side by side toward your leading a life that is worth celebrating. I emphasize strengths as we work together to find ways of better understanding past experiences and resolving challenges raised by them that are in your life now. Using both evidence based and complementary therapy approaches, we can uncover whatever may be holding you back from living a more fulfilling life.
Whether you're looking for support and guidance through a difficult situation or are just ready to move in a new direction in life, I look forward to working with you toward your dreams. My hope is to help you get back to feeling energized and hopeful in your life.

While calling a therapist can be intimidating, I hope you take a moment and see how I can help you set out on your goals for a more enriched life.
