My Approach to Helping

You're invited to come sit with me and express yourself as openly and unfiltered as you'd like. I'd be honored to share this space with you

Come take up space and be your authentic self, even if you don’t feel present and welcome in your own life. You are enough. Processing feelings however feels safe for you is my focus. I work on making sure you feel comfortable every step of the way, which is how our minds and bodies process things best. This is a space for you to feel heard and truly understood. I will help you develop resiliency through coping skills you enjoy using as you tend to your emotions, memories, and needs. I help with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and other life events. I work in a space that is designed particularly for folks who are feeling overwhelmed and exhausted. We will process in a way that feels safe to you - whether through the senses, like Sandtray and mindfulness, or simply through just being able to show up as you are.

More Info About My Practice

I work in a group practice in a jungly, gentle space that's specially attuned to the sensory experience. When you've been going through a lot, or have trauma, or are neurodivergent, stimuli can be a lot for your nervous system. We love making a cozy, nurturing, and dreamy place for you. We think therapy goes best when your nervous system is put at ease through trauma-attuned and sensory-mindful processes and spaces, and we'd love to share our nook with you.

The Hope Preserve is a practice that is especially focused on creating a space for those that are burnout or neurodivergent by providing a sensory-mindful experience. This includes gentle lighting, no fragrance oils, various seating options, and many sensory fidgets available during sessions.
