My Approach to Helping

My life was changed by someone who took the time to listen to me without judgment. Since then, I have always wanted to be that listener to others, and to be the support and empathy that we all need sometimes.

During my free time, I like to play Dungeons & Dragons, video games, and to spend time with my cat and friends.

I was born and raised in Florida, where I got my Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Florida. I love plants, being outside, and all things nerdy. As a Highly Sensitive Person, I feel things deeply and am highly aware of sensory input.

More Info About My Practice

I work in a group practice in a jungly, gentle space that's specially attuned to the sensory experience. When you've been going through a lot, or have trauma, or are neurodivergent, stimuli can be a lot for your nervous system. We love making a cozy, nurturing, and dreamy place for you. We think therapy goes best when your nervous system is put at ease through trauma-attuned and sensory-mindful processes and spaces, and we'd love to share our nook with you.
