My Approach to Helping
When you feel stuck and unable to make changes in your life or relationships, I can help you identify and clarify your needs and desires, and explore new ways to fulfill them in line with your values, including improving communication or ending affairs, addictions, shame, and grief. My experience as an MBA executive; chaplain in a children's hospital and in an assisted-living retirement facility; therapist for an opiate rehabilitation facility, and clinical trauma certification have taught me that we can build inner-strength, heal from past traumas, and go on to thrive and enjoy life as a couple, a family or as an individual.
