My Approach to Helping
Our relationships with others are among the most significant and powerful influences on our lives. They provide the "relational oxygen" we need to live healthy, joy filled lives. Unhealthy or nonexistent relationships can only provide toxic air that cause us to suffocate leaving us feeling sick and helpless. Our trauma, pain, and negativity originate with these bad relationships, yet creating positive or healthy relationships can help lead you to healing and hope.
Healthy relationships nurture a mutual connection that encourages intimacy and acceptance and removes anxiety and shame. These authentic relationships offer us the chance to feel secure and complete in our own bodies.

If so, I want to work with you to help you overcome the trauma of your past in order to deepen your current and future relationships so you can live your life to the fullest. I work to offer a comfortable, safe environment where you feel understood, valued, and known. Together we'll work to uproot negative core beliefs and unhealthy behaviors while strengthening positive behaviors.
I primarily work with couples, families, and men who struggle with anger, anxiety, self-doubt, depression, and unhealthy behavioral patterns. If you're ready to make the first courageous step toward a better life, even when doing so means exploring the darkness of the past, then I'd like to walk alongside you.
I want to embolden you to make sense of these dark places so you can see how they play a part in your present circumstances, then guide you to the answers that I believe are already within you. My place in this process is simply to be there for you while helping you discover what those answers are and to encourage you along the way.
