My Approach to Helping
Do you want to improve communication with your family members? Is the static between you growing, or are the feelings of love and enjoyment missing? With counseling for couples or families, we can shift things so that your alliance with each other improves.
We do this in 4 main ways:
1. Explore, understand, and shift the unconscious patterns that shape our relationships (via Jungian psychotherapy)
2. Befriend the nuances of our nervous system’s responses through the lens of Polyvagal Theory
3. Grow our comfort zone and expand our resilience with the practice of contemplative and mindfulness meditation
4. Learn and utilize communication tools that nurture safety, secure attachment, intimacy, and relational growth. (EFT and Imago).
