My Approach to Helping

I work to create a safe, compassionate environment to explore your thoughts and emotions, while emphasizing the healing nature of our therapist-client relationship.
I work with individuals, couples, teens and families who are looking to heal relationship issues, eating disorders, process through trauma, cope with grief, explore depression and anxiety, family disturbances, among many other difficulties life creates.
I utilize a blend of different modalities, primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
