My Approach to Helping

Hope is the Belief that Anything is Possible! I specialize in tools proven to manage anxiety, reduce depression and create better communication and renewed trust in your relationships. I offer you a compassionate heart, an open-mind and a hopeful spirit- encouraging you in expressing your concerns of today and your dreams for the future in a safe, confidential, non-judgmental environment.
Together we will create a plan which will focus on
Your Goals for your Best Life and Your Most Loving Relationships
Improving the Areas of Your life which you identify as Roadblocks
Helping you to Uncover and Resolve those Earlier Life Experiences which may be keeping you from your best, most empowered self.
In my work, I use evidence-based strategies, ideas and tools from various schools of thought and tailor them for your specific needs. You are the expert in your life! I believe you know what you want and I believe you can create a doable plan and implement tools to achieve a life filled with anticipation of good things and relationships that empower you and empower your loved ones. Hope is the Belief that Anything is Possible

Why Going to Therapy Does Not Mean You are Weak or Flawed

Life can be hard. And we can be proud. Myself included... But what I have found, through my personal life and through my work is those difficult time have been the catalyst for amazing change. The struggles create a crack in our formidable exteriors allowing us a new level of openness and vulnerability. Vulnerability (ugh!) is the key to taking risks, trying something new, learning new ways to communicate, conscious parenting and live that life we envisioned. And I also learned that vulnerability is not that bad- kind of fun and once you try it your life and relationships get so much better that it is self-rewarding.
