My Approach to Helping
How can I solve a problem for you? What are you struggling with? As a therapist, I am passionate about helping individuals and couples be the best version of themselves. I enjoy being a part of change and growth in my clients. I have over five years of mental health experience working with children, adults, and older adults. My approach involves using cognitive behavioral therapy to assist with anxious and distressing thoughts.
I offer services during multiple days and times of the week. I am available by phone and email. I encourage individuals from all walks of life to set up an appointment.
