Over the past 31 years, I have been helping people experience relief from the damaging effects of anxiety, stress and depression. I work with adolescents, adults, families and couples. I provide honest feedback in a confidential, safe and non-judgmental environment for my clients to help facilitate positive change and to reach a much higher level of peace and joy in their lives. I utilize Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy along with principles of Positive Psychology and an interactive style. I am also a Wellness Coach and provide services for individuals, and workshops for corporations on topics such as Work-Life Balance, Team-Building, Health and Wellness and Happiness.

I provide phone, FaceTime and Zoom sessions and communication through email as part of my psychological and coaching practice. My own life struggles with anxiety and depression make me more sensitive and understanding to the needs of my clients. I will assist you in discovering the tools necessary to help you feel better quickly. My fee is $175 a session. I do have a sliding fee scale and accept cash, check, visa, master card, discover and american express. I accept BCBS and Beacon Health. Please verify your health insurance coverage with me when you arrange your first visit. A limited license psychologist may practice under the supervision of a fully licensed psychologist.
