I genuinely enjoy working with my clients to reach their goals. I work from the perspective that YOU are the expert in your own life, but I am here to help you navigate your challenges. I have experience working with clients experiencing various difficulties, from everyday stressors with work, family, and relationships, to trauma, depression, and Asperger’s diseaseAutism spectrum disorder. I use different therapeutic modalities, including EMDR, CBT, person-centered therapy, mindfulness, behavioral techniques, and solution-focused therapy.
