Allowing yourself the simplicity of time and space in a non-judgmental and nurturing environment can feel empowering. I hope to assist you in self-reflection, in gaining new perspectives and in building healthier communication. Through a psychodynamic and strength-based approach, and with the use of cognitive-behavioral techniques, we'll review tools to help challenge distorted thinking, re-direct narratives, foster creativity and set needed boundaries.
