What's My Approach to Therapy?

Are you looking to reclaim your sexuality or identity? Do you want a fresh perspective on how your brain works and work with it rather than against it? Are you in a marginalized community that you feel is not heard through traditional therapy? I could be the right therapist for you! I am passionate about treating the LGBTQIA+ community, and I believe in treating the person and their needs rather than pathologizing the client's state and approaching every client individually. Whether you are struggling with a large change in your life, sexual dysfunction, or want to improve your overall mental health, we can work on it together!

My Practice & Services

I primarily use individualized approaches to therapy with a basis in narrative therapies, and let the client lead with their own story and perspective of the world. I encouraged people to define what their sexuality, gender, and desires mean to them. Whether it is coming into their identity or reclaiming their sexuality, I am here to help.

My Therapy Focus

I am focused on helping people reconnect with their body and help reach their full potential of pleasure, as it is something that we severely neglect as a society. We do not fully embody our experiences, and that leaves out pieces that we could enjoy. I would like to help individuals and couples get the most out of their experiences, whether or they have been through traumatic events that have disembodied them. No matter your relationship structure, sexuality, or gender, I believe that pleasure is a human right we should all have.
