I primarily use individualized approaches to therapy with a basis in narrative therapies, and let the client lead with their own story and perspective of the world. I encouraged people to define what their sexuality, gender, and desires mean to them. Whether it is coming into their identity or reclaiming their sexuality, I am here to help.
