I primarily work with adults and professionals navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, relationship challenges, and significant life transitions. Many of my clients are thoughtful, capable individuals who appear successful on the outside but feel overwhelmed, depressed, or uncertain internally.
With over 16 years of clinical experience, I offer a grounded and attentive therapeutic space focused on insight, emotional clarity, and meaningful change. Sessions are collaborative and conversational while remaining purposeful, blending reflection with practical strategies that support both personal well being and professional functioning.
