I pull from a variety of different therapeutic modalities to offer relief from usual and unusual life circumstances. My approach is highly tailored to each individual and the situation at hand. I take pride in understanding the unique perspectives of my clients with an appreciation for each person's distinct background. In practice, I've learned that a client should feel some comfort and a connection with their therapist within their first session. Some therapeutic progress, relief, andor a sense of a working relationship should be experienced by session two.
