Do you feel stuck in life? Overwhelmed? Stressed out? Not sure what to do next? Are you struggling in relationships?

I believe that life can be overwhelming, confusing, and complicated, and relationships are often the same way. If you have experienced any grief, loss, or trauma (like most of us), it can make it even more complicated. I know that life does not come with an instruction book or road map, so it can be challenging navigating through it without the proper support.

I believe that we are all inherently resilient and capable of making this life a fulfilling, joyful one. I also believe that we heal in a relationship, and so finding that joy and fulfillment is often easier with the help of a trusted support person, like a therapist. It is my goal to help be a part of that support to help you find your own way. I, myself, am committed to constant growth and evolution, and demonstrate that same commitment to the people I work with. Life can be challenging, but that does not mean we have to walk the journey alone or stay in a constant struggle. My approach is to help you find your strongest self, and learn to live from that place. It is from that place that we find peace, calm, and more ease.

More Info About My Practice

I have been combining yoga, movement, and mindfulness techniques into traditional therapy for over 9 years. I believe in a mind/body approach to treatment. If you are looking for something a little "out of the box," my style may be a good approach for you!!

My View on the Purpose of Psychotherapy

I believe the purpose of psychotherapy is to help you reconnect with yourself for self-acceptance, and ultimately how to cope in this world. We live in a world where we are completely disconnected from our bodies, selves, and each other. Once we re-connect, life can be a truly beautiful experience.
