My Approach to Helping
My focus is on identifying negative coping skills in order to change them to positive coping skills. I believe in a supportive approach that can build a foundation to improve multiple sources of trauma, anxiety and depressive mood. I focus on empowerment and being there for the person. I believe that each individual is an expert in him/herself who may require additional support or assistance in navigating through life. I focus on a multitude of techniques, with primary focus on CBT interventions.
I accept Medicare and supplemental insurance and have a sliding scale for reimbursement.
