My Approach to Helping
Hello! My name is DiAnna VanEycke. I am a Marriage and Family Therapist registered Associate (AMF 110108). I hold a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Palo Alto University. I work from an Existential and Humanistic lens that is client-centered. I provide a trusting space for clients to access inner resources, understand feelings, and develop a stronger sense of self to make choices that are meaningful to them. This process is collaborative and holistic. I provide tools, skills, and perspectives including Mindfulness practices and evidence-based therapy. Areas of focus include anxiety, transitions, and couples work.
