What's My Approach to Therapy?

I use a respectful, non-judgmental approach in helping individuals navigate many of life's challenges, including relationships, communication, anxiety, self-worth, shame, neurodivergence (ADHD, Autism), chronic pain and chronic illness, as well as medical trauma, intimacy, sex, and sexuality. I am an EMDR certified clinician and offer weekly EMDR sessions, intensive sessions, as well as adjunct EMDR with your primary talk therapist.

My Practice & Services

I offer remote Telehealth sessions within California. Telehealth, video, or phone sessions, allow for easy accessibility and convenience for many folks. My standard fee for a 50-minute therapeutic hour is $245, and $365 for 80-minutes.

I am adept in helping people be open to experience more satisfying relationships and positive communication. I am kink affirming and knowledgable, LGBTQ+ inclusive, sexual and gender minority inclusive, and a sex positive provider. As an EMDR certified clinician, I help folks process anxiety, fear, trauma, shame, and limiting beliefs. I also focus on chronic pain issues, chronic illness, and how emotional pain can increase (or even cause) physical symptoms.
