Family and romantic relationships are challenging. It can be hard to ask for what you want. It has become normal for intimacy to die and it is my opinion that it does not have to be that way. As a licensed therapist who specializes in sex therapy I often have clients view their needs as unhealthy or their desires as shameful and I work to help clients feel authentic in their sexual expression. In therapy I help to nurture good communication and positive change. It is my goal to help individuals, partners, and couples connect deeply and feel safe. I am passionate about healing shame and facilitating communication about relationships orientation, sexual behavior, identity, sexual orientation, and much more. I've spent the last 12 years helping people cultivate healthy sex lives and relationships. My education and training equip me with a deep sense of empathy for clients facing that which feels impossible. When the emotions and feelings become overwhelming it might be time to try something else, it might be time to try therapy. I am Poly and open knowledgeable, kink and BDSM knowledgeable, LGBT affirming, queer affirming, asexual affirming, and sex worker friendly.
