My Approach to Helping
Community is Essential. Whether we believe this or not, especially when we go through something that we feel as though no one else can really relate to. When one has experienced pregnancy loss it really does the mind, body and soul good to have connection, to be able to share genuine thoughts, feelings, highs and lows go get through such a difficult time.
There is often the unspoken rule which Is very false and should not be a rule that Miscarriage, infertility and pregnancy loss should not be spoken of but this only adds to the feeling of defeat, hurt, pain and isolation. Conversation needs to happen regarding the loss and maybe it feels impossible to take and share openly and freely with a relative, partner, friend or spouse, But at Heart to Heal there is a community of others who understand, who want to hear your story and share their story and are looking for healing just as you are!
Because miscarriage, pregnancy and infertility can often catch us off guard we may be left feeling in a whirlwind, struggling to make sense of things, to catch a breath and come up for air. This can lead our relationships to be in a state of suffering and struggle.
