My Approach to Helping
Are you tired of being sick and tired? If you are looking for support, my door is open! I will often utilize CBT and Brainspotting in my sessions. During the first session we will explore what brought you into therapy and the best way to help you make progress during our time together. Each treatment plan is tailored to you as we are all unique and have different needs. During treatment I will help you learn new ways of thinking and work through challenging emotions.
