My Approach to Helping
Welcome. Do you experience emotions, behaviors, relationship patterns, and/or body discomfort that seems to stick with you even though you know they no longer serves you? I offer a unique psychotherapy experience to improve mental health, bring harmony to your relationships, and increase your overall sense of well-being. I believe we each hold the keys to our own healing and counseling to be a process to help you find them. I am experienced working with people of all ages.

Having a genuine connection with your therapist is an important part of the therapeutic process. Please call or email to ask any questions you may have. If finances are an issue please contact me, I do offer a sliding scale for those who have financial barriers to attending counseling. I am also an certified kundalini kriya yoga teacher and share these techniques with interested clients. I also offer monthly yoga classes and workshops.
My Role as a Therapist
My role as a therapist is to be present and attentive to the needs of those I work with. I believe a safe and supportive space gives clients the opportunity to be truly present and connected to their thoughts, feelings, and body sensations. This experience can allow for the opportunity to connect with your inner wisdom. Being in the present moment can often be a challenge. I believe meditation and mindfulness is a very effective practice to help tune into the present moment.
