My Approach to Helping
My approach is to create a safe and nonjudgmental space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and difficulties that bring you to counseling. I will view my work with you holistically: paying attention to complexity of personality, relationships, sexuality, spirituality/religious identity, and other areas that are important to you as an individual.
