My Approach to Helping

If you've been feeling anxious, overwhelmed, depressed, or just maddeningly stuck; I congratulate you for taking the first step of seeking help. For 20 years I have provided effective, engaging, personalized psychotherapy to adults, couples, teens, children and families and have helped hundreds of individuals get back on track and on with their lives. I provide a safe environment, an empathetic ear, an open heart and a relaxed, conversational style of therapy. My clinical approach focuses on two important areas; relationships and personal development through the lifespan.

I find that our primary relationships can be the source of our deepest satisfaction and, at times, our greatest distress. My work focuses on helping you better understand and navigate your relationships; bring passion, trust and friendship back to your partnership; restore communication and calm back to your family life.

If you feel that your growth as an individual has stalled, I can help you identify your needs and clarify your goals at this particular stage of your development. As your goals become clear, we can work to loosen the grip of old beliefs and habits and move into action!

More Info About My Practice

I currently accept both out-of-pocket and insurance-paying clients. I am an in-network provider for Anthem Blue Cross. Additionally, for insurance plans in which I am not in-network, I provide invoices that allow clients to seek reimbursement based on applicable out-of-network rates. Please feel free to call me to discuss my rates and review your payment options. I will do my best to help you make an informed payment decision that works for you.
