If you've been feeling anxious, overwhelmed, depressed or just maddeningly stuck; I congratulate you for taking the first step of seeking help. For 20 years I have helped individuals, couples and families by providing personalized therapy tailored each client's unique needs. I work with all ages, providing play therapy for children as young as 6 along with a variety of expressive modalities for teen clients. I also provide family therapy and parent consultation. I approach my work with a dual focus on key relationships and personal development over the lifespan.

I have found that our primary relationships can be the source of both our greatest distress and our deepest satisfaction. I specialize in helping individuals and families understand, navigate and heal their important relationships, alleviating distress and opening the door to personal growth.

Additionally, I help clients consider their unique needs in their current stage of development. Together, we ask the questions, "What do you need right now to continue your growth, to achieve developmental milestones, to get to the next stage of your life?" Together, we find the solutions that best work for you.

Please feel free to call me to discuss my rates and review your payment options. I will do my best to help you make an informed payment decision that works for you.
