Bromwell is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 25 years of service industry experience, including 15 years in the mental health field, who specializes in applied community psychology, which allows her to understand and address the unique needs of individuals and communities. She is passionate about helping adolescents, adults, and couples address their unique challenges and live more fulfilled lives. Bromwell specializes in anxiety, depression, anxiety, anger management, addictions, trauma, relationship issues, and major life transitions. Bromwell completed her Master of Clinical Psychology at Antioch University, Los Angeles, and has a strong foundation in providing therapeutic interventions and working with diverse populations. Bromwell utilizes multiple treatment approaches including mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy. Known for her warm and empathetic nature, Bromwell creates a safe and non-judgmental space for her clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. She actively listens and provides genuine support, helping individuals gain insight into their challenges and develop effective coping strategies.
