I build a foundation of trust between myself and my clients that I hope they have never found anywhere else. I help my clients follow a direction and a path that they would like to be on. I offer flexible hours for therapy and offer online telehealth sessions. Because I work when you don't. I offer sessions from 8am-10pm. Yes, I work nights, mornings and afternoons. I do take insurance as well. If you want to call me for a free consultation please do!

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist

I am questioned often "how and why did you choose to become a therapist?" Short answer ?I love people, and I love to see the change." I've always had a passion for people. I have always had that gift, that gift that people just want to share their feelings, their needs, their complaints, their problems and their goals and dreams.

On the Fence About Going to Therapy?

You aren't alone. I have a lot of new clients who have shared they have never been to therapy and I try my best to make sure their first experience is a pleasurable one along with a learning experience for them. My clients would share that I reassure them and calm their nerves within a few minutes of our first session. I hope I get the chance to show you that as well. Therapy can help you find peace, comfort, a time for you to express yourself and be able to move forward with your life in a more positive direction.
