My Approach to Helping
If you or your loved one is going through a tough time, I am here for you. Therapy can be brief to help you through everyday life issues and stresses as well as life cycle transitions. Individual, Couples, Family and Group therapy are all available. Medical Family Therapy can help you and your family in dealing with a new or existing medical disease. Therapy is provided in a nurturing environment. I specialize in working with couples that want to stay together and may be dealing with Anxiety, ADHD, Postpartum, or Affair Recovery. I have several other therapists in my practice as well that can help too.
