My Approach to Helping

Do you feel overwhelmed by life's increasing demands? Do you feel as if you've exhausted your resources or run out of options to change your life? I believe that a supportive and encouraging environment, alongside practical, solution-focused help, can help you discover new possibilities and the strength to make meaningful change. I'm a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in couples, family, and individual therapy for adults, children, and adolescents. In my role as a solution-focused psychologist, I help my clients find the tools they need to achieve their goals.

I have over 20 years of clinical experience. I specialize in helping adults, children, and teens manage depression, parenting challenges, anxiety, parent-child and parent-teen relationships challenges, military deployments, and ADHD. I'll help you build upon your strengths so you can successfully implement the skills and strategies you learn in therapy.

Our work together will help you regain control over your life by developing your ability to overcome once-insurmountable obstacles. I look forward to working together to help you achieve your goals.
