My Approach to Helping
Deciding to seek professional mental health care can be scary. However, therapy can be an incredibly rewarding experience. I offer a safe, trusting, relaxing environment where we can work together to overcome your obstacles to improved physical and mental health.
I utilize a variety of evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), reality therapy, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), play therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), solution-focused therapy, family systems therapy, person-centered therapy, and motivational interviewing. My therapeutic approach is flexible and tailored to my clients’ unique needs so they can improve their lives and their relationships.

I earned a bachelor’s degree in communication studies from Rowan University and a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Georgian Court University. I provide mental health services to children, teenagers, adults, and the elderly in individual, family, and group settings. I have helped people overcome a number of adverse issues such as depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, addiction, phobias, self-image issues, weight issues, and behavioral challenges.
