I admire your decision to seek professional assistance with the anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma-related issues, and everyday challenges you face. Your willingness to share your experiences and concerns highlights your wisdom, courage, and resourcefulness.
Coming to therapy is a new experience for many people and some individuals may have misconceptions about what to expect. We will discuss how therapy can help you achieve your goals, become unstuck, and find healing.
I am a resident in counseling who offers individual and couples therapy. A Christian-based approach to treatment is available upon request. I utilize techniques from a range of evidence-based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, rational emotive behavioral therapy, gestalt therapy, art therapy, cognitive processing therapy, and motivational interviewing. I also employ Gottman techniques and strategies from the Prepare/Enrich workbook when assisting couples that are married or engaged to be married.
Please leave a brief message along with your name and phone number when you call or email. Kindly indicate the best time to get back to you and if I may leave a message if you are unavailable. I am ready and eager to provide the assistance you need.
