My Approach to Helping
Do you feel defeated and discouraged, hopeless and alone? Do you no longer recognize the person you once were? I work with adolescents and adults who are consumed with how they look or how much they eat, whose anxiety takes over at the worst possible moments and whose depression has left them unable to do the things they once enjoyed. Therapy is about understanding yourself, finding clarity and learning about your needs.
I can help you regain back control of your eating and help you learn to love yourself both inside and out, manage your anxiety before it has a chance to take over, and overcome the hurdles that have left you unable to do the things you once enjoyed.
