My Approach to Helping

I utilizes an Eclectic approach to therapy, tailoring therapy to the therapeutic needs of the individual client. I have experience in the mental health field working with children, adolescents, adults, families in the community, intensive in home, outpatient clients, parents, and couples. My experience in the mental health field includes but is not limited to psychoeducation, career counseling, children, adolescents, assessments, treatment planning, case management, crisis intervention, individual, group, family, and couples counseling. I enjoys working with all populations helping them improve their mental health by utilizing interventions to help them throughout their mental health journey.
