Life and love could be a lot juicier than it is right now. You could feel connected to yourself and your purpose, happy in your relationship, and you could have some of the old issues of the past, finally shift and make life much more joyful. To start the process you must simply take one step, call a therapist and say you are ready to focus on making life better. From there the process begins, and you have an ally on the journey of life.

More Info About My Practice

We start with looking at current patterns and feelings that are happening in your life and we give this the attention it deserves. We identify small steps to take immediately and exploring the wellness practices that appeal to you. We give you an opportunity to connect to yourself, to your partner, to the small beauties of life.

Couples receive the tender attention of a therapy designed to make the difficult conversations a safe pathway to increased understanding and connection. Individuals have the space to express their emotions in a non-judging safe refuge and to explore inner wishes, hopes, desires and pains. The process aims for healing transformation, and long-term shifts in life perspective.

My Role as a Therapist

A therapist is a wonderful combination of resources: a friendly support, a listening ear, a knowledgeable resource, a believer in wellness, and someone who is committed to facing your issues with strong ethics, and an open heart. We all have different approaches, and each therapist is just the right fit for someone. Different therapists are also right for different stages of life. I encourage you to take the plunge and give a call to the therapists who just "feel" right and let the universe take care of the rest. The best way to make sure nothing changes is to do nothing, so...onward!

What I Usually Need to Know to Help

It is good to know the basics of your situation and how much time you can devote to therapy. From there I ask you some questions and gather the information. The first session, after filling out paperwork, all you have to do is show up and be open!

The Duration and Frequency of Therapy

It is a good idea to have a plan to devote at least 3 concentrated months to therapy. After the 3 months we adapt based on how things are going. We can figure out how often you should come based on your unique circumstances.
